2. Our Services
2.1 Vision Corporation provides software development, web design, IT consulting, system maintenance, and digital solutions.
2.2 For software projects, work begins once the required upfront deposit is made.
2.3 Project timelines will be communicated at the start of each project.
2.4 Any anticipated delays will be communicated to the client in advance.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, our standard payment breakdown for software projects is:
- 3.1.1 30% deposit before work begins
- 3.1.2 40% after completing the main system features
- 3.1.3 30% on final delivery and approval
3.2 Payments must be made through approved channels provided by Vision Corporation.
3.3 Failure to follow the payment schedule may cause delays or suspension of the project.
4. Domain & Hosting Support
4.1 If included in your package, Vision Corporation will assist in purchasing or registering your domain.
4.2 Vision Corporation is not responsible for downtime or technical issues caused by third-party hosting providers.
5. Maintenance & Updates
5.1 Clients receive a free maintenance and updates based on their chosen package after the project is approved.
5.2After the free maintenance period, all updates and support services will be billed at agreed rates.
5.3Clients will receive a quotation before any paid maintenance work begins.
5.4Minor updates and bug fixes are included; major feature upgrades may require new charges.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 The client may cancel the project with one week written notice.
6.2The upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
6.3Completed phases of the project cannot be refunded.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Clients must provide all necessary content, data, documents, and login credentials on time.
7.2Delays in providing required materials may lead to changes in project timelines.
7.3Clients must ensure that all content submitted is legally owned or properly licensed.
7.4Clients must review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Vision Corporation retains ownership of all software, code, and project assets until full payment is made.
8.2Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.
8.3Unless otherwise requested in writing, Vision Corporation may display completed work in its portfolio.
8.4Source code, design files, and documentation are released only after full payment is completed.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Both parties agree to keep all project information confidential, including business details, project data, credentials, and documentation.
9.2Confidentiality obligations continue even after the completion of the project.
9.3Neither party may disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Vision Corporation is not liable for losses caused by third-party hosting, integrations, or external services.
10.2We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or late submissions.
10.3We are not liable for security breaches caused by client negligence.
10.4Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the project.
11. Amendments
11.1 Vision Corporation may update or modify these Terms at any time.
11.2Updates take effect immediately once published on this website.
11.3Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
12.2Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or appropriate legal channels within Ghana.
